i think it would be cool if the dorms were upgraded so that there's a potion of some sort that takes a strand of everyone's hair or something and then puts them into groups for dorms that have the best chemistry, regardless of gender so no more of the magic stairs refusing to let people in.
i think you'd go to one of the therapists and talk about it and they'd arrange for hrt and they inform your head of house and the healer and apart from them, they keep it as confidential as you like. I like to think that once voldemort's gone and mcgonagall's the headmistress that she'd employ some therapists who specialise in various things like mental health and lgbtq+ stuff since dumbledore was too much of an idiot to do it, cause like there's so many students there and harry was just one example of someone who clearly needed a therapist.
